Terms & Conditions

1.    A booking is confirmed once availability is agreed and a non-refundable deposit is received.
2.    The deposit secures your date, time slot and location and is deducted from the total fee.
3.    If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of confirmation of availability, the booking may be released.
4.    The remaining balance is due at the party on the day of the event, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
5.    Failure to complete payment may result in the entertainer being unable to perform.
6.    Any changes to the date, time, or location after the deposit has been paid are subject to availability.
7.    If Zazu Fun cannot accommodate the requested changes, the party will be considered cancelled, and the standard cancellation terms will apply.
8.    Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: deposit retained.
9.    Cancellations made within 14 days of the event: full fee payable.
10. Zazu Fun reserves the right to provide an alternative entertainer of equal experience if the originally booked performer becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. If a replacement cannot be arranged, the full deposit will be refunded.
12. Two responsible adults must be present at all times during the entertainment.
13. Zazu Fun entertainers are not responsible for supervising children.
14. Clients are responsible for managing behaviour and ensuring a safe environment for the entertainer and guests.
15. Adequate space must be provided for games and activities.
16. Entertainers will adapt the programme where space is limited.
17. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
18. A suitable parking space must be available within a reasonable distance of the venue.
19. Any parking, congestion, or access charges are the responsibility of the client.
20. For outdoor events, a suitable indoor backup space must be available in case of rain or unsuitable weather.
21. If no backup space is provided and the performance cannot continue due to weather conditions (including risk to equipment such as speakers), the full fee remains payable.
22. Clients must inform Zazu Fun of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the event.
23. Zazu Fun cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from unsafe environments, lack of supervision, or circumstances outside of our control.
24. Zazu Fun provides the equipment and props required for the entertainment.
25. Damage caused by guests may be chargeable.
26. All entertainers follow a structured programme, but performances may vary depending on age group, group size, space, and engagement levels.
27. If the party starts late due to client delays, the entertainment may still finish at the originally agreed time.
28. Zazu Fun provides themed entertainment inspired by popular stories and characters. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Disney or any other licensed brands or trademark holders. All characters are original interpretations created for entertainment purposes only.
29. Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
30. Zazu Fun accepts no liability for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including illness, weather, travel disruption, or venue restrictions.
31. By paying the deposit to secure the booking, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
