  1. Zazu Fun will adhere to the current government guidelines for COVID-19.
  2. Zazu Fun accepts no responsibility for any party attendee who appears ill during or after the booking, or who exhibits any COVID-19 symptoms.
  3. The Zazu Fun Booking Fee is non-refundable unless cancelled by Zazu Fun.
  4. A booking must be cancelled at least 14 days before the party date, or the full party fee will be charged.
  5. The client agrees that there will be a travel charge in some areas.
  6. A parking space for the entertainer must be provided within a 5-minute walking distance of the venue. The client understands that if there is no parking space available within a maximum of 5 minutes walking distance, and Zazu Fun has not been notified of this, the extra time to unload equipment and set up may result in a delay in the performance start time.
  7. The client is responsible for any parking fees that may apply.
  8. If applicable, the client must pay the congestion charge.
  9. The client contacted Zazu Fun and received an email confirming availability on the requested booking date. The client must then pay a deposit to Zazu Fun within 24 hours of receiving the availability email confirmation; otherwise, availability cannot be guaranteed. The client understands that failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking by Zazu Fun.
  10. During entertainment, at least two adults must be present, and the safety of the children is the responsibility of the adults present, not the entertainer booked. Zazu Fun assumes no liability for any incidents that occur at your event. Your entertainer cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained as a result of the party’s games and activities.
  11. Our themed parties are a tribute to the original, and we do not provide the original characters for trademark and copyright reasons.
  12. All Zazu Fun Entertainers follow the same party format. Costumes, music, prizes, sound systems, props, and equipment, on the other hand, may differ between entertainers.
  13. Because each of our entertainers has a unique style when it comes to entertaining at a party/event, if you like the sound of any particular activity on the website, please put it in the “Special requests” section on the booking page so that we can ensure it is included. Unless otherwise specified, balloons or glitter tattoos, a parachute, music, games, and competitions, are all included as standard.
  14. Zazu Fun shall not be liable to the client or be considered in breach of the contract if there is a delay in performing, failure to perform, illness or injury of the entertainer, or if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond Zazu Fun reasonable control, including Covid-19 self-isolation, illness, accident, breakdown, fire, flood, storm, or poor weather. Zazu Fun does not provide any form of compensation. If Zazu Fun is unable to provide an alternative entertainer for your party, we will refund your booking fee.
  15. As a good will gesture, if the client needs to change the date of the party due to illness or severe weather, the client may postpone a booked party to another date within 4 weeks of the original booking date if Zazu Fun has availability. Available dates will be offered at the discretion of Zazu Fun, and if the weekends are fully booked, a midweek slot may be offered. If the client cannot agree on a new date within four weeks, the full party fee will be due as per term 4 above.
  16. Zazu Fun accepts no liability for any loss or damage that occurs at your party venue.
  17. Your entertainer may cancel activities if the venue space, flooring, or number of children make the activity unsafe.
  18. If other children’s entertainment is booked or there are other distractions, such as bouncy castles, soft play, toys, or uncovered food, Zazu Fun recommends that they be removed while the party entertainment is running. If not, the client understands that children may become distracted by other items and thus not be with the entertainer.
  19. You must notify your entertainer if children have any disabilities, allergies, phobias, or injuries.
  20. Any changes to the booking information after it has been made and confirmed will incur a £15 administration charge.
  21. By paying the Booking Fee to secure the booking, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
